We've started our ds on a spoonful with each meal today and he's developed watery stools. I can't find any literature that suggests this is a side effect so it could be a coincidence and he has a bug maybe?

We used Calogen for years. Don't remember watery stools. Anything else that he's on?

We're you prescribed it for additional calories? We've just been prescribed it for my little boy (starting at 5ml to add to his calorie shakes) but the small dose doesn't sound like it would make a difference? Didn't know if it helps with anything else?

Also, he has watery ooos too

@TGLucie this is an old thread you might be better starting your own. DS3 has calogen extra shots. Calogen a higher calorie content than many other nutritional supplements so the small volume can actually work, but it might also be they want start slowly and increase gradually.
