I have my sons tribunal on the 10th October and I am I'm not sure what will happen, what will be asked. My son is 10, has asd, adhd, anxiety and ocd. He is 9 stone and 5 foot 2. He has constant meltdowns and I am unable to move him, he has done this numerous times and we have hadb5 teachers trying to get him into school with no joy, so he has had to stay in the car and go home. He is meet in the mornings by a teacher and taken off me to go into school and then brought to me by a teacher after school. If he is left to go out by himself he cuts his school clothes off his body and damages his stuff.
Dla have said that he is making a conscience decision when he does this.
What will happen at the tribunal?
What will I be asked?
Is there any case law I can use?
I have a lady from disability Wessex attending with me as she believes I should be on high rate for mobility and care. Currently getting low rate mobility and middle care.
