I'm going to ask dds pediatrician to write a letter in support that Dr needs hrm as I was refused. Can I ask for a second reconsideration based on the doctors letter if I get one?

after reconsideration follows the appeal. but before it goes to tribunal, the DWP will look at your case again and somestimes they change the award at that stage. so you might well get HRM without a tribunal hearing.
