So, I am appealing against the LA's decision to not initiate a statutory assessment. Ds's diagnosis letter came through on Friday 13th and just got around today to sending this to LA and Tribunal as extra info. Rang LA early thus morning to double check address and procedure to do this. Rang again a few hours later, as was told someone would ring me right back. Told somebody would ring back. Someone rang back eventually and told me they hadn't received anything about appeal. I read letter from Tribunal out to person. Person said person who dealt with this had left. I ended up sending a copy of the Court's appeal letter that I had to the LA with my extra info to help them. While managing my 4yo with sickness and diarrhoea. Sigh. Anyone surprised?! Just requested Early Birds, perhaps I will get on before he hits puberty...
