Help with statement wording transport and curriculum materials

Am redrafting proposed statement and want to put in wording for us to get mileage allowance for transport to aba centre. Also LA provided money to employ a TA to make resources but I'd prefer a pot of money to be used flexibly so we choose to make or buy off shelf resources. In ideal world I would get ipad with sentence building / maths apps etc rather than a TA toiling away with a laminator. Does anyone have any example wording for transport or resources I could pinch?

You would need to get the ABA Centre named in part 4 without any qualification. If so, you are entitled to transport whether it is set out in the statement or not.
