What my son said tonight

He came into my room and said, "Thank you for staying me in the lovely cottage. You are my lovely friend. I certainly do love you". He is 6 with ASD and starts special school this week. We took him away recently (to a cottage!). Most of his talking is requests and demands. Made my night!!

Thanks he's been quite hard work this week with the build up to school and a few less than lovely behaviours so I really needed a moment like that!
