Appeal form deadlines

Hi all, quick question. Does anyone know if the appeal form can be postmarked before 2 months after statement has been finalised or in their hands before the 2 month date? If it's the latter, can I fax them before 2 month date and send hard copy to arrive next day? Unfortunately I misread my due date (this saturday) and I can't post till tomorrow (friday). Not sure what to do... TIA!

I think you should be okay to fax. Phone sendist and let them know fax is coming. My LA faxed all of their evidence to sendist way after 5pm on date of last submissions and then sent it to me by post arriving a few days after the timeline . Speak to sendist, they are really helpful

You have two months from the date of the decision letter to appeal. You can lodge your appeal by email.

You're OK anyway, August doesn't exist so far as SENDIST is concerned, and as the 31st is a weekend you've got till 2nd September. See www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2008/2699/article/12/made
