I don't have personal experience with either, but have heard exceptional reviews of the Stingray. There are online reviews of both - for me, I find reading the reviews tricky, since you need to look at the reviewer's "negative" and see if it matches with your specific needs.

For example, Bee is VERY low tone, and can slide under/past any restraint system, so a review that refers to a child with high tone and rigidity doesn't really apply.

I will ask around, and see if I hear anything about the neo.

Thanks BeeMom. It's a tricky decision. I prefer the stingray but I am worried about the durability of it. I am hopefully using a voucher from my PCT towards it and topping up with my money, so I don't want to make a costly mistake.
I appreciate you asking around.

I have heard lots of stories of the stingray breaking and r82 not bring very good at fixing/ sending parts. There is at least one health authority that won't supply due to this. We have had the kimba which the neo replaces, I believe they are very similar. We were always happy with it and had no problems, was a very nice chair, supportive and easy to use. Have also had the bug which was also good.
If at all possible try and get through your wheelchair services as they will maintain and repair for you as with all things special needs it will be costly. I purchased a sunhood for ours at nearly £200 so I dread to think what a part would cost if required.

Thanks tooloud . We have had the Jazz EasyS for about 6 months and have been stung with expensive accsesories bills too.
I am concerned about the stingrays durability to be honest... I'll see if I get more feedback.
