Dear all this follows on from another post I put up. Does anyone know if a school can kick Ds out of Sixth Form if he has a statement and they are the named school? Do they have to go via the LA and if so I will appeal but will that mean he may be able to stay there while I try and find an alternative place for him? Not sure if I want him to stay there and redo his AS year but it seems to be what he wants, and not many alternatives so far.. . Any ideas would be most welcome. thank you all
