Danger awareness - how do I provide evidence?

The LA say there isn't sufficient evidence from the professionals. How am I meant to provide it when it's DH and I who are with him day in and day out that witness it? Their suggestion is I send him to school for something to go wrong then apply for extra funding :/

Not sure what you need the evidence for. When I applied for Disability Allowance, the question of whether the child required assistance in walking down busy roads etc., (not sure the exact wording) I replied No and evidence of this was not required. Is it to get LA transport to take to and from school or at school?

Has he attended preschool? What did they say?

Verbally on the phone after the officer rung her last week - no danger awareness, they have to lock the door at all times or he will leave, no stranger danger and unable to tell anyone if anything happens. I have asked her to finalise his statement more than once so we can appeal it but she continues to drag it out. Her suggestion to us is to send him to school without the support he needs and then when incidents occur we can gather evidence :-/ I've told her today until adequate support is in place for him he won't be attending school. I just feel like I'm banging my was against a brick wall

You could ask the preschool to put it in writing.

Can I add additional information? If she finalises it and it goes to panel? She has already said she's considered what they've said and its still a no.

Sorry, clearly I got the wrong end of the thread.

I think you should appeal. Clearly if there IS evidence witnessed by the nursery, this should be sufficient provision.
