I have applied for a SA for my DS, we have just been for the last part of his S&L assessment and the therapist told me she said the LA have contacted for a report(which was really quick, I only sent my request letter at the end of July). Is this normal procedure as part of the decision making to do a statutory assessment? If so do you think they will contact CAMHS and my sons peadiatrician for a report too?
