Hi,

Has anyone used her? I was reading something not too long ago and someone here used her, but I couldn't work out if they thought she was good or not and I cant remember who it was. she certainly sounds like she knows her stuff over the phone, but I do not want to end up with some piddly 10 page report, when things were simple it was a 15 page minimum, I am yet to see a report of late for my DS that doesn't require a 25 page minimum due to all the complexities.

Im sure she also said she doesn't asses in school which seems most bizarre to me, but I could be getting her mixed up with someone else??

Cheers

Highly recommend her. She helped our "win". If it's for dyslexia, then she has a CBE for her services to dyslexia. PM if you need further info

I have never used her but I know other parents at D S's Indi ss have - usually for tribunal. She has done school visits for them.

Lindsey Peer is an exceptional EP who's work is based on a deep understanding of dyslexia based on personal knowledge; being an AMBDA teacher, becoming Head of Education British Dyslexia Association then an EP specialising in working with children with SpLD. She has a deep personal, practical and theoretical knowledge of SpLD. Her reports are extremely good. She will visit in schools and is a very good witness. I would unreservedly commend her.
She is also a very good person.

Hmmm,

Who was I getting her mixed up with then?!? Never mind, well I have left her a message so will see how that goes. I have B. Page, but I am worried she will be too expensive for me as my issue has twists and turns all over the place and does not do a set fee, last thing I want is a bill for £2k..I know EPs are not cheap and I do not think my £1400 budget is bad, but anything over that is a no-no for me

Nigel..I will apologise from now.. (assuming you are the Nigel I think you are)

Hoxton - I used B Page too (we had two appeals). Both worked out roughly the same. Both excellent. Pm me if you want more details.

Given the choice, I'd definitely opt for Lindsay Peer over B Page.
