Sleep and ADHD

I'm wondering if my gs has ADHD, as he's showing lots of traits, however, he sleeps so well!
He can switch off and from racing round the house to being asleep can be literally 5 minutes.
At bedtime, he's the same and sleeps solidly for up to 12 hours.
Any advice appreciated.

My DS has ADHD (inattentive type) so doesnt display alot of the hyperactivity traits. He never had problems sleeping and never woke during the night as a baby/toddler.
