Help - DLA online claim form

I started filling out the claim form and have been saving it as I went along. Have just opened it again to add some more and it's all blank [sad]. Any ideas or do I have to start all over again?

That happened to me...25 pages gone! I gave up and rang for a paper form. That way they backdate to your call. Photocopy everything before you send it though, just in case.

Thanks - have started again and saved and 'touch wood' it appears o.k at the moment. I have used the Cerebra guide before but need to renew/amend some information so have to fill out a new form all over again.
