Tribunal: how long till you heard?

Tribunal said we'd hear within a fortnight; its well over 2 weeks ago now. LA haven't heard yet either so not just post gone astray. Am getting worried cos its nearly August.

D'you think they'd agree to let us know by email? The waiting is horrid.

Ours is due today - we were told 10 working days. I'm driving myself slowly insane. I will be glad when its 5pm then I know I can at least have some time off from worrying over the weekend

Have you tried phoning the tribunal helpline?

Three weeks for us, and our tribunal was in mid-July.

In the end, after 15 working days I rang them and they sent it by e-mail, as they had just put it in the post.

It's a bugger, the waiting....

Well, it's now the weekend so my email isn't going to spring into action over the next couple of days (my decision will come by email via my lawyer) so I guess there's nothing for it but to have a large glass of wine and celebrate a sunny weekend!

It may be slower at the moment because in the summer they're exceptionally busy with all the secondary school appeals.

Thanks guys. Will give them benefit of doubt then and not start hassling anyone till Tuesday.
