I may be imagining it, but is the wind blowing in a slightly different direction, both with CDC and SNJ? A slightly more questioning stance?

Interestingly was talking to senior figure today who said new fashionable focus was on 'changing cultures' : let's not get bogged down in messy law, it's all about changing 'hearts and minds', one bad apple, etc etc etc. All fits in neatly with yesterday's blog post.
