Took 1 Tribunal, 1 review of Tribunal decision and 1 application to Upper Tribunal but just had a call and they will start assessing in September!! No mention of any legal issues haha.

It really is a marathon isn't it.

It continues to infuriate me that we, who have so much less spare time than other parents are forced to waste so much of it on silly battles like this that would be so much better spent directly interacting with our children. (After all the criteria for DLA is measured against how much EXTRA we have to do on a day to day basis compared to the parents of our kids non-disabled peers iyswim).
