Thanks all I have been arguing for weeks armani. The ed pych finally sorted it today for September. My advice is persevere keep pushing everyone you can as often as you can and eventually some will stick .

I got notification this week that they've increased DS1's hours from 20 to 30 this week on the proposed statement. So clink clink crawling! It's a great feeling and as you say it's been about perseverance for us and not settling for their first "offer".

Well done crawling and sally bear. Good to know it can be done! I still need tips on how to persevere and prevail, any advice gratefully received!
