He is the best in his field both national and international. I can't thank him enough for believing in us and doing the most thorough assessments and yes a multi team assess at the ARD services at Michael Ritter centre x

to be honest if it was just solely him doing a private DX I would believe in him (we were nhs) you would be asked to complete a DAWBA assessment which is a good clinical assessment questionnaire to start with.

The assessment we had with Prof Bolton and team was hugely imoressive, spanned days and included iq

coff33pot · 17/07/2013 20:54

we had it over two visits two weeks apart but I really think that was because of the driving distance factor. Each assessment was well over 6 hours and exhausting but worth it. yes ther was iq assess plus ADOS plus DAWBA and ADInterview questionnaire. Ds had separate health and well being check on his own. Everything is videoed and recorded and during second assessment half the entire team were observing through magic window so it's not a case of crowded room. They all jointly go over the vids and recordings with prof Bolton so I would say I don't think there is anything more thorough :) prior to visit a stack of questionnaires get posted to you and the school such as Connors form etc.

He is based at the Michael rutter centre at SLAM and also Harley street I believe to be his private practice. Have a look on their maudsley site. Referrals are also accepted from gp and tertiary referrals for complex cases where a second opinion is sought.
