St.George's (where she works) is our local hospital and both of our boys were diagnosed by her as NHS patients, so totally credible.

thank you. my worry is thst as credible as she is she doesnt use a team of specialists to diagnose. i worry thst the nhs may question this. i already have a dx by a credible psyc but nhs are swaying.

Daphne Keen diagnosed my ds and her diagnosis is now included in his statement. So yes very credible.

The consultation is itself diagnostic. I think that the LA and the NHS might be slightly different. The NHS paed that accepted the diagnosis did so on the basis that Margo Sharp had also administered DISCO, that he had seen an EP etc as the diagnostic team were the same as would have been used in the NHS. I also think that DISCO is more suitable for 'complex' HF ASD than ADOS.

On the other hand, the statement reports the diagnosis of DK.
