Tribunal evidence

Just a quick question.
If you have obtained your child's SEN and educational records under DPA requests can the paperwork received be submitted to tribunal e.g notes from professionals? I have some good evidence but don't want the LA to try to prevent it being seen for any reason. It all helps to support the case.

Yes of course.

Great, thanks Star. There's a lot of nastiness on their side so it will be good for the court to see evidence of what was going on behind the scenes. I know a lot of this goes on but I do have a hell of a lot of useful evidence from their paperwork so they won't be able to deny it.

You could produce it with a statement. Try and keep clear and focussed and not look like you are slinging mud. Frustratingly, Tribunals seem not to want to know about poor practices.
