sun protection for buggies/prams

wonder if anybody can help, am looking for a covering of some kind that will block out the sun. child has condition where the sun can blister her skin and her body can't repair the damage.

What about a Shade-a-Babe - has UV protection of 50 I think and will fit any burry with a hood. We bought one from Ebay and have found it excellent.
