SEN exclusion -What do I do now???

My ds2 (7yr) is just going into his 10th day of exclusion and I'm banging my head against a brick wall!!!

Basic background is....

Nov 2011, CAF is actioned due to ds1's (11yr at time with ADHD & ODD) behaviour. Nov 22nd ds2's school exclude him (No SEN at this point) then on 25th insist 2hr timetable with no set schedule, time to be increased as and when head sees fit by 30 minutes. I had to report school to LEA, Dept of Education and threaten legal action to get ds2 back it fulltime as head wouldnt admit he was being excluded from 11am onwards even though he wasnt allowed in school?!?!

Fast forward to April. Another CAF is in progress to help with ds1s behaviour. Ds2 is now copying brothers behaviour at school. Had CAF meeting on 18th Apr and ds2's school was fully supportive. Ds2 to be refered for ADHD assessment and CAMHS for counselling over his brothers behaviour.

... on 24th & 26th April ds2 is excluded 1/2 day on each after disruptive behaviour. Was supposed to be working in yr 6 class but he was actually working in corridor with TA for the first (she erased his sums, btw) and alone with TA in nuture room for 2nd.

On 1st May EP proposed move to behavioural school which was totally out of the blue and I dont support. Since then I've been asked to meet school 3 times, had numerous calls from LEA asking if I would be supporting a move and a coerced visit to proposed school (ds1 attended so I've been there quite a bit!). Ds2 is also excluded ds2 2 x half days for disruptive behaviour despite having 2 whole weeks of super behaviour.

Then on 24th June, ds2 has arguement with dinner lady. All's settled down and he goes in for dinner. While hes eating, TA arrives and removes his plate to talk to him about outside. He flips, runs off and ends up excluded again.... for 4.5 days, which was extended on fri for another 5 while LEA gets back to them with legal advice re my disagreeing to move.

He's now been out of school 10 days tomorrow & LEA havent provided any other provision, I've complained in writing to governors, called Corum and emailed Dept of Ed but nothings happened as yet and I know tomorrow schools going put another week on the exclusion but he needs to be learning!!!

Really sorry its so long but trying to give a clearer picture about whole thing!!!Please could someone offer some advice on what to do as next as I'm totally at a loss Sad and desperate

All sorts of illegal things happening here. I suggest you contact IPSEA, and any way post in the main SN section where there's much more traffic.
