8 weeks post tribunal and no statement!

What do I do? I received tribunal decision 6 weeks ago. Its says on the letter the LA have 5 week to amend it. I am so angry. As if the 6 months wait for tribunal is not long enough, then they add on another 2 months. Have tried to contact them with no luck.

Ours took about 8 weeks post tribunal decision but I started hassling them in writing about it around the 5 weeks mark and eventually it got sorted once I started mentioning the getting the LGO involved. Are you sure you have the right contact details at the LA? I would email and phone them if snail mail hasn't worked.

You could also threaten them with judicial review.
