I've just received my ds SLT report that was a baseline assessment done a few weeks ago. It's utter rubbish it says that DS has normal understanding of language , there are no concerns with expression of language, he is able to intrepret emotions and link them to himself. Omg I have never read such trash...can I ask to be referred to another one. The report accepts there are some issues with social interaction and play and offers some statergies with ds answering inference questions and why/because activities and topic maintenance. It says that he present atypical social interaction skills and assessment at CDAC is required. They are discharging him following CDAC.
I'm not happy!
