Big item about this on Newsnight last night. Very interesting. Do you remember that family who filmed their mum being slapped and pushed about? Although the "carers" git prosecuted, the CQC said the place was fine, fir for purpose and could carry on. U.e. it's a "one off", how many times do we hear that?! The family were outraged.
