My son has been accepted for a fab secondary school for September, with a very good dept specialising in autism. The school is in the next borough. After my son receiving his statement, I applied for transport due to his anxieties ( the main reason for getting him statemented) the local council says that he should have a medical or physical disability in order for them to pay transport. I'm a single mum and don't drive. Taking him on public transport will be a nightmare, BUT this school is without a doubt the best for him! HELP!!!!
