Progress for Developmental Verbal Dyspraxia

I was backing up some short videos of my son last night, and viewed about 15 short films we took of him at different times, many of them showing how much he struggled with speaking. He was a late talker, didn't say his first word before 3, and was seen at the Nuffield hospital in London and diagnosed with Developmental Verbal Dyspraxia. He has now been discharged from speech therapy and has make so so much progress - he is now 6 years old and in year 1, and his speech is not perfect but he is doing well. I can see on the videos just how much of a struggle it has been for him.

If I was to edit the videos and put together maybe a 10 minute clip to document his progress, do you think it might be useful for other parents? I wouldn't want to post it on youtube with the entire world being able to view it, but somehow having it available for parents with children with similar language difficulties? Thanks for your opinion!

I would love to see them. Do you have any videos of therapy to share as well?

I would love to see that. My DD (4) has speech problems and is making great progress, but still a way off where she should be. It would be very encouraging for me.

It will probably take me about a week to edit the short clips together but they are mostly of him just singing songs, or playing or having a chat, but they do show his progress and barriers. I don't have any clips of therapy but I could always have a short session with him and film it to give you an idea of what we had to do at home with him under the guidance of speech therapists.
