We are going next weekend - I have all the paperwork required and have filled in the online registration form so that bit is sorted.

We have been to Alton towers where ds had a wristband and Legoland where it is a 10 ride tokens so how does the pass work in Chessington?

Any tips from those familliar with the park, we will have two days there and are annual pass holders.

Not going to be much help here but I telephoned them a few weeks ago regarding advice on this and I am nearly sure they didn't mention anything that there was a 10 ride limit or anything. We are going early summer before heading down to TH.

Have a lovely time.

We went to Chessington on an inset day just after half term and DS2 had a ride access pass. It worked fine.

Each time he got on to a ride, his pass was marked with the time he could go on the next ride. So if the queue was an hour, he could go on the ride almost immediately but could then not go on another ride for an hour.

The only problem was the massively long queue to get into the park in the first place, which I described on another thread.

We used it for the first time this year and my DS and I were very impressed with the system. The staff at guest services were lovely and helpful. We were given a card and when you went on one of the bigger rides you were given a time not to return to that ride but you were free to go on any other ride in the meantime. The new Zufari ride ( which was fab) still involved quite a bit of queuing so I would miss that one next time as very tiring for my DS. The staff were really helpful going on each ride. This was the first time we had ever used a system like this and it made an incredible difference to the day.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like they use the same system Legoland had last year.
