We are in the process of getting a statement for our DS and appeal looks likely. I'm guessing we should probably be requesting all info held on our son from relevant bodies and I was hoping someone could let me know if there are any template request letters I should use and the relevance Acts I need to request under. I seem to remember reading that for school info I write to the governors and ask under something different to DPA??
