Hi,

I'm looking for an ipad app that sounds relatively simple and I'm sure it exists but I have spent many futile hours looking for it so far and found nothing.

I want an app that is just for making notes, nothing fancy at all but with ability to change font and size of text it displays. I want to be able to type notes using an on screen keyboard made from lower case letters, preferably with extra large keys, preferably with the keys arranged alphabetically or if not, qwerty will do.

Ds1's spelling has taken off and he wants to write whole sentences on the computer or on paper but his fine motor is preventing this. We've been typing a bit but he struggles to match the upper case key with the lower case letter he wants (although he does know them, its just about speed). I'm not intending this to be a permanent alternative to writing with a pen or anything, I just feel like if he could write down a list or a sentence on the ipad completely on his own he would feel like he has really achieved something and it will spur him on.

Does anyone have any ideas? TIA

I can't get the keyboard to change on the basic Notes app. I will check out clicker6 though, thanks

I have a free app called Documents on mine. You can type and file documents, change fonts, highlight in colour etc
