DLA and educational statement

Hi everyone

Sorry if this has been asked before. I am filling out my first ever dla application form and whilst ploughing through all the paperwork, I wondered whether I need to send a copy of the statement my son has for school?

Yup! The DLA form has lots of questions about how the child copes in the day.
