My dd is 27 and just been awarded DLA as he has renal failure. We are delighted. Dies this mean he is disabled or is that a separate thing?
It's just for a concession for a festival ticket I'm asking?

Yes, I would say so. Long term illness is classed as a disability. I hope he enjoys the festival.

Thankyou. We are still in shock. He's lived on nothing for so long and now he can enjoy life a bit more.
