How do you score the children's communication checklist?

Can anyone give me a link to a guide or worksheet to scoring the CCC-2 Children's communication checklist (Bishop) or any clues for interpreting it?
Just been given it at ds' assessment today and desperate to see what the results are now we've completed it.

No experience of this, sorry, but am a huge fan of Dorothy Bishop and would be happy to use any assessment with her name on it. Sadly these tests are expensive and protected by copyright and therefore difficult to easily source a scoring system for. Might be wrong though!

Yes, I can find it to buy but not a free version.
