OT and SALT therapy on statement

Hi all

The LEA have agreed to SALT and OT as per our professional reports. I was Just wondering if anyone knew how this works? do the private SLT and OT invoice the LEA directly or would the LEA arrange this?

Would not concern yourself unduly about any invoices, let them sort that out.

Have you received the statement document yet?. Would suggest that you check the statement carefully when it arrives to ensure that SALT is in both Parts 2 and 3 of this document. I cannot advise directly re OT as have no experience of that in a statement.

We are just working through the working document and yes both therapies are in part 2 and 3

Im just confused as to how the therapies will take place and who will deliver them (my son is on a home based ABA program) and will transition gradually into reception in sept 2013.
