Has anyone read this book? Has it helped?

Yes read it... devoured it.. hid myself away in corners to blub over it. This woman's experience mirrors our family experience. The medical conditions of our sons vary somewhat.. my DS I has more physical mobility, verbal skills and subsequently, is more aggressive.. but I could write her story almost word for word, right down to the fruitless, exhausting battles with Social Services and the heartbreaking decisions regarding residential schooling; cue more guilt, soul searching, clinging-to-remnants-of-sanity and guilt guilt guilt.

I emailed Jane Raca in February and we are now in email contact.

If you are wondering whether or not to read this book.. Do.
