Hi, I have the IPSEA letter template downloaded, but when I say what his special needs are - do I need to mention things from the SEN code of practice at this stage, or just outline things generally?? Thanks in advance

Either way. TBH I would just keep it really simple at this stage and focus on getting those clocks ticking. Once they are, you're much more motivated to meet the deadlines and crack on with the other stuff they need to know.
