Felling nervous and excited at the same time. I have butterflies. I thinks I am ready but worried I will forget something. While I know I could lose I am comforted by the fact that the LA's actions have shown they are worried they will lose.

Thanks for they advice you all have given.

Good luck Flowers

Best of luck! You have done a great job battling for your child. Just remember that.

rosielou678 · 06/05/2013 19:59

Good luck. I hope all goes well and you get what your DC needs.

beautifulgirls · 06/05/2013 20:14

Good luck. It will be a long and tough day so make sure you are kind to yourself. It also took me by surprise how little I slept that night having come home exhausted, so if you can plan a calm quiet day on Weds to have a bit of catch up on life.
Be calm, you can do this.

sweetteamum · 06/05/2013 20:49

Thank you all for the support. I can't wait till this time tomorrow when it will be over. I am wondering what this process will do to our relationship with school too. X

Thinking of you. Good luck.

MareeyaDolores · 07/05/2013 00:15

Thinking of you too. And saying a prayer (if that's ok).

Can you make a really nice packed lunch for yourself?
Or if not, is it possible to stop in at somewhere en route and buy the poshest sandwich from the super-deluxe range? Never hurts to plan a few ridiculous, petty, secret victories... like out-lunching the opposition Wink

I slept really badly last night. I am up before the alarm. Hope I can function. X

Honks

Good luck for today Smile

CheeseToasty · 07/05/2013 19:49

Thank you all for the good wishes.
It's finally all over now. I now have the dreaded 2 week wait.
I think it went as well as it could have. The panel were certainly experienced and asked the right questions. The set up did put me at ease but I am still very pleased I did not do it alone. Although another witness may have helped.
I am so full of adrenaline.
Please please please let us win!

Well done for getting this far Smile, sending honks for the outcome you seek Smile

MareeyaDolores · 07/05/2013 20:05

Experienced
Asked the right questions

That sounds about as good as anyone (successful) I've heard

StarlightMcKenzie · 07/05/2013 20:09

Wish my panel were like that. Bunch of muppets.

Sounds positive. You're an amazing mum.

Dinkysmummy · 07/05/2013 20:20

I hope you get the right decision Flowers

inappropriatelyemployed · 07/05/2013 20:44

Glad it went ok. It's over. Whatever happens, you did it and made them argue their case.

rosielou678 · 07/05/2013 20:53

Glad it went well. In my naivety I thought Tribunals gave their judgement on the day. So this is an eye-opener that they go away for agonising weeks to ponder!
