Just been to DS (12, ASD, severe language impairment) parent's evening. He's in the language resource unit. He's working at GCSE Grade C level already in English! So proud of my lovely boy.

Yay! Glad to hear he is doing so well.

DD is working hard to get D-G. She wants to achieve a grade in Maths. Her Y10 exams are today. I have everything crossed!

nothinginthefridge · 02/05/2013 09:11

couthy hope your DD does well, I'm sure she will!

I'm still trying to get my head around how you can have communication difficulties and be so good at English Confused

auntevil · 02/05/2013 09:23

moosemama · 02/05/2013 11:35

Fanstastic. Smile

Well done your ds!

(... and imho, it definitely should be posted here rather than chat, as then it will be a permanent record of how rightly proud you are of him. Smile)
