Dentist with experience of Autism - London or SE England

Does anyone know of a dentist in London or SE England with experience of autism. DS (aged 4) has various difficulties with proprioception, and is a teeth grinder. His milk teeth are badly ground down and we're not sure what to do next.

ds2 and ds3's consultant referred them to the sn dentist who worked out of a hospital in the next town. (We're in west kent so pm me if you want the specifics) She was fab - they stayed with her until she retired and her replacement concluded that they were both able enough to access a mainstream dentist which they do and she too is lovely with them
