DS's literacy support teacher wants him refered to Moorefields Eye hospital (I am London).
She mentioned it in our home liasion book but I forgot to mention it in my comm pead appointment a few weeks ago ...as loads of things to discuss!.
We had a review meeting the other day and herself and SENCO are a bit unsure WHO can actually do the referal via the NHS.
I have a normal pead app next week where I will mention it...SENCO is going to see if school nurse can do it ..or I write to comm pead and ask her ...I know if she is the person to do it she wont refuse as she is sending him ffor MRI !
How did anyone get a NHS ...if they do them ? appointment ?
