Obtained on leading counsel's advice no less, so yes there are grounds.

I just want them to do a proper job and stop failing our kids.

Can you imagine a child who's provision depended on taking this route though?

There just isn't the time in the education-life of a vulnerable child who will not only be failed but to some extent lose his parent (not saying it isn't stressful, but imagine I would be so stressed I'd be unable to speak to my family if I was doing it out of desperation for my child's life chances).

Two years of my life to get to this point Star. TWO YEARS and an LA who have been acting like they can do what they want with my son's provision because the LGO say they're swell.

Sometimes, you have to stop and fight back. If I walk away, when I can do something, what hope is there for anyone??
