It went great referred to CAHMS which is the procedure here all except for the fact that as I was leaving i feinted and they wouldnt let me leave for half hour.

No I hadnt eaten and i have blood issues feinting not that uncommon here.But It does mean im not taking care of myself properly ill have to make more effort.
