The Children and Families Bill is currently before the Public Bill Committee who are requesting written evidence by 23.4.13.

Well I knocked something up yesterday. I didn't have time to cover everything but you are welcome to look at it and see if you want to use it as a base and add stuff to it and add your name on it.
