Dear Headteacher,

Just give me the sodding agenda/and any paperwork for the meeting next week and stop ignoring the sencode of practice. you are pissing me off now.

...why not politely suggest an agenda in the absence of one having been provided? The paperwork is a bit more difficult though admittedly.....good luck!

In similar circumstances, we have in the past, sent the school an agenda and put in the covering letter that, as we understand the amount of pressure schools are under these days, we thought it would be one less thing for them to have to do.

We then said we would pop into the office on x day after school to pick up the associated paperwork.

We do the same with minutes - always in an 'aren't we nice kind and helpful kind of way', iykwim. Wink

I popped into the office twice to ask about an observtion. not until I email and accidently cc'd the person who did the observtion, did i get a copy. Grin
