Requesting a stat assessment after a tribunal

Is it the date of the Tribunal case that the 6 months starts from or the date of the tribunal descision that you can start the stat assessment request ball rolling again, if needed?

I thought 6 months since you first applied... But not sure.

Yes, I thought it was 6 months after you first applied so I am not sure how a Tribunal decision alters the timing. Obviously, if you apply shortly after a Tribunal decision on the same facts, they are likely to knock you back.

Oh good - thanks! Not on same facts, more needs now and proof that the first stat assessment wasn't done properly (didn't identify all needs).
