Ive ordered a dla form for ds. Now his first appointment with pead is in two weeks. Im debating whether to ask him to fill out the page from a professional before I send it off but im worried ill seem money grabbing. So would you ask him to or not?

It doesn't matter if they think you are money-grabbing or not (which I'm sure they won't, they know the difference DLA can make to someone's life), they have to fill it in honestly and accurately regardless.

I got my DCs DLA form filled in at the first appointment with the psychiatrist (psychologist? I can never remember)
