Thanks for this. Not impressed by page 40 - four primary areas of special need.

Also wish more clarification could be given on what constitutes "adequate progress" simply because I think some children perform to adult expectations of them, and those expectations can be way off base occasionally.

(eg if the teacher expects them to be at the bottom of the class they stay there, even though the potential exists for the child to much better).
