I would like to have an assessment done with an Ed Psy for dd. she has already been seen by a salt who showed that she has some expressive language issues. This has been enough for the school to be a bit more careful with her but in effect even though she has some issues, no one knows quite what to do as nothing is clear cut.
She has an assessment ongoing with Camhs for asperger but nothing is going to come out of it for at least a year.
Would you know anyone in the North East who wouldne working privately? I don't need a 'big' name, not looking for statement or tribunal, just to understand better the needs of my dd.
Any advice?
