LEA EP here at my house assessing DS1 Angry

His questions to me really pissed me off. What motivates DS1? What does DS1 contribute to the family? You know that was not my major concern when DS1, with a knife, was asking me to choose whether he or his brother should live. But of course that is me being negative and not seeing the plus side.

Wanker - absolute complete tosspot Angry

I can hear him in the background asking DS1 questions about what makes a really good day and trying to tie it in to school. I had forgotton what bastards they are.

I want to rip his head off and shit down his neck not just tell him to bog off - whoops, am I being negative again?

'you've talked about your friends a lot today' - no he hasn't

'don't you miss them?'

'do they ever ask you why you are not in school'

WTF

Now he's asking him about the future and how he is going to get there - leading questions 'and are you happy to continue being taught by the EOTAS tutor until then' whilst nodding- ie 5 hours a week for the next 5 years. DS1 finds it impossible to say no Sad. And this will all be used against us at tribunal. No wonder DS1 felt he tricked him last time - pretty astute.

This is appalling Angry . So unfair that they use your desperation to advance their agenda rather than offer help

UnChartered · 21/03/2013 12:27

can you record him...?

you know, just in case anyone needs to hear him...

UnChartered · 21/03/2013 12:27

actually, that's illegal

scrap that

ouryve · 21/03/2013 12:31

It's not if you ask him, first, AFAIK. Just so you have a record of what was discussed, like.

UnChartered · 21/03/2013 12:33

ouryve - that's true

KeepOn - ask him (in a way that he can't possibly object) if you can record the session, since he's far too busy to take notes
